He would have to have one of those pewter Delaware plates, too.

I’d get one, but I prefer not having a plate at all in the front. Also, theft, people steal Maryland flag crab magnets all the time, doubt they’d be above taking one of those plates.

I dunno if he’s a good presidential candidate (who really is these days) but I’d love to chat about cars with this guy for a few hours on his back porch!

I bet he remembers about as much about cars as he does about sexual harassment training. That video is so cring y.

Im glad he likes cars, I really am. And Im glad he’s not an amoral narcissistic pathological liar only interested in his own self interests. That being said, I sure wish we had a choice that wasn’t between that and grandpa Joe.

Just keep the conversation light, and away from topics like racial integration of schools and cultural diversity within racial groups, and which African-American presidential candida t es he believes showered regularly.

The same could be said for chatting with most any 77 year old white guy, really

But Grandpa Joe might be our only chance to drop the 25 year import rule down to 15 like Canada

Now, if only we can get Harris to buy a C6 Zo6... I’ll bet she’d love it...

The thing I like most is the setup right here. ...and you feel like you’re in complete control.

Y’know, sometimes I tend to worry about drivers Joe’s age, but this quote is encouraging to hear. There are so many nice things to say about his car, and to hear him gush over the controllability being his favorite part (as well as his fond memories of his father’s driving prowess) gives me hope that maybe he still has a few years of competent driving left in him. Well, if the Secret Service lets him drive, that is. lol

“they’re making an electric Corvette that can go 200 mph”

What, so Chevy decided their mid engine d one was too slow and ugly and are already replacing it?

you go to war with the Democrat you have, not the Democrat you want. I want Team Kamala from the jump, but I wept when he chose her,  and I will crawl over (insert usual disgusting items) to vote for them.

I think it’s a generational thing.

Still, his opponent likely couldn’t wedge himself behind the wheel (and has no problem grabbing ‘em by the hoo-haw)  so there’s that.

Describes Biden’s car choice pretty well. Also, I’ve met plenty of guys his age that aren’t locked into the lawn chair and corvette motif.

I’d like to remind you that Trump owned a Lamborghini Diablo, McLaren SLR, Tesla Roadster, and Ferrari F430 in addition to all the Maybach’s and limos.

Yep, this is my take too. Not the right candidate, but literally any functioning adult is better than the alternative.

Goes back to the old thought, Clinton was elected 28 years ago and is younger than both of our unlovable choices. That broad demographic (I know Biden is a silent, but a silent and early boomer are often not much different) just won’t let go, and I can’t say that’s a good thing.

Funny link, a 1980 car wingadinga? Not quite. Even a 1970 car, nope, hell, 1965 (and that Stingray) is on the edge.

I think the stress of the presidency has taken a toll on dear leader - he’s probably gained a bit over the past 4 years (bald faced lies about stats not counted) . I’d like to see him operat e that Diablo now.  The subtle class and grace of a modern Phantom works well for this particular driver.

Or at the very least some updated regulation on things like headlights!

I’ll be the annoying (but factually correct) asshole that will point out Trump owned a gated Diablo.

Not endorsing him, just pointing it out.
